 Swiss RollIngredients:
put 4 fresh eggs and 3 - 4 spoons of hot water into the kitchen-aid4 eggs
3 - 4 spoons hot water
1 pinch salt
125 g sugar
60 g flour
60 g corn flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
jam or cream for filling 
material to decorate the roll
 stir for 2 minutes
 pour 125 g sugar and salt in the kitchen-aid step by step and stir for about 5 - 7 minutes
 sift the flour and cornflour and the baking powderand blend with the mixture slowly and carefully, using a whisk
 put baking paper on the baking-sheet
 put the mixture on the baking-sheet
 bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees (top and bottom heat)
 roll the cake
 after 1 hour when the roll is cold: whip ca. 400 g cream with 2 teaspoons of sugar, add 1 packet vanilla sugar
 open the Swiss roll, fill it with whipped cream and fruit and roll it again
 decorate the roll with cream, fruit or chocolate.
